WHY DOES RIZ RECOMMEND THIS?
The Humble Natural Toothpaste , a toothpaste with 1000 ppm of fluoride , and has a strawberry flavour and is natural one at that, although , I must admit any toothpaste would do as long as your child likes its flavour and has flouride of 1000 ppm , although Xylitol has antibacterial properties too , so the recommendation.
Xylitol is a natural sweetener that has been shown to help prevent tooth decay by reducing the amount of bacteria in the mouth that cause cavities. Fluoride, on the other hand, is a mineral that helps to strengthen tooth enamel and protect against tooth decay. toothpaste has fluoride (1000 ppm) and xylitol which is moderately evidenced to be adjunctive to fluoride in the prevention of decay in milk teeth. This is also available in different flavours.
