Patient presented with several concerns, including:

● Old and worn-down bridges.
● Gum recession that was becoming noticeable during smiling.
● Severely worn lower front teeth, almost to the gum level.
● A recommendation from the previous dentist to extract these worn lower front teeth.

Treatment process:

● To address these concerns, the following treatment steps were taken:
● Periodontal gum surgery was performed to increase the length of the crowns on the lower front teeth.
This surgical procedure likely involved repositioning or grafting gum tissue to cover the exposed roots and improve the overall aesthetics called crown lengthening.
● Elective root canal treatment was conducted on the damaged lower front teeth, preserving their viability and preventing the need for extraction.
● The damaged and worn teeth in the patient's mouth were restored with white crowns.
● This restoration process involved removing the damaged parts of the teeth and placing crown prosthetics to improve their appearance and function.

Outcome:

As a result of the comprehensive dental treatment, the patient's concerns were effectively addressed. The treatment helped correct his bite, improve his smile, and avoid the extraction of the lower front teeth. Patient MK expressed satisfaction with the results, indicating that he was very happy with the outcome.
