To address SS's concerns and provide a comfortable, functional solution, we designed a custom treatment plan:
Upper Denture:
Processed a complete upper denture with clips to attach to a milled bar. This provided stability and ease of use for the patient.
Lower Denture:
Created a complete lower denture with housing and locator inserts to ensure a secure fit and improve functionality.
Outcome
The patient expressed great satisfaction with the results. She was able to eat normally, smile confidently, and, most importantly, resume her social life. According to her, this aspect of her life had significantly declined in recent years because she did not want anyone to see her without dentures. The successful treatment restored her quality of life, allowing her to enjoy social interactions once again.
While we do not have any 'before' pictures due to the patient's preference, the transformation and impact of the treatment were evident in her renewed confidence and happiness.

Patient Concern
Patient SS presented with an edentulous mouth, having been without teeth for nearly two years. She had previously received conventional dentures but found them intolerable due to severe gagging, which led her to discontinue their use. The patient declined having her picture taken without teeth, so we do not possess any 'before' photographs.
