Treatment
To address her dental issues and restore her smile, we carried out the following treatments:
Extraction and Implants:
The four compromised upper front teeth were extracted.
Two implants were placed in the upper jaw to serve as the foundation for a bridge.
A four-unit implant-retained bridge was constructed to replace the missing teeth.
Additional Aesthetic Enhancements:
Teeth whitening was performed to brighten her smile.
Reshaping of adjacent teeth and the application of white filling material to the canines were done to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Outcome
The patient was delighted with the results. The combination of implant-retained bridgework and cosmetic enhancements not only restored functionality but also greatly improved the aesthetics of her smile.

Patient Concern
The lovely patient presented with loose upper front teeth, a consequence of trauma she had experienced in her teenage years. These teeth had previously been treated with root canals and crowns. However, the four upper front teeth were now deemed to have a poor long-term prognosis and needed to be extracted.
