After
To address HK's concerns and restore their smile, we developed a comprehensive treatment plan:
Extraction and Space Correction:
Extracted the over-retained milk teeth to prevent further issues.
Used aligners to correct the space between the upper central incisors, ensuring proper alignment and aesthetics.
Tooth-Colored Fillings:
Applied tooth-colored fillings in the extraction sites to maintain aesthetics during the treatment process.
Final Restoration:
Once the aligner treatment was completed, we placed a 4-unit resin-bonded bridge to replace the missing lateral teeth, ensuring a seamless and natural-looking smile.
Outcome
HK was extremely pleased with the results. The combination of extractions, aligner therapy, tooth-colored fillings, and the final resin-bonded bridge provided a functional and aesthetically pleasing solution. This comprehensive approach restored the patient's confidence and ensured long-term dental health.
