I had the privilege of working with a lovely young lady who sought our assistance just before her wedding, as she was experiencing some dental issues. The primary concern was an old upper front crown that presented several problems. Notably, there was visible gum inflammation around the teeth, which resulted from a poorly fitted crown margin. This ill-fitting crown allowed plaque to accumulate and irritated the gums. Additionally, the crown extended too far into the gums, causing further discomfort and irritation. To compound matters, this tooth had a previously unsuccessful root canal treatment.

To address these issues, our talented endodontist, Alex, performed a Re-RCT (Re-Root Canal Treatment) to ensure that the tooth was free from infection and discomfort. Initially, we placed a new temporary crown with the right dimensions to facilitate gum healing and alleviate the irritation.

Subsequently, we meticulously crafted a new crown that was a perfect fit both aesthetically and functionally. The result was nothing short of outstanding, and the patient was thrilled with the transformation. I take great pride in considering this one of my best outcomes, and I'm delighted that we were able to contribute to the young lady's radiant smile just in time for her wedding day. This case exemplifies the transformative power of dental care and its positive impact on a patient's confidence and overall well-being.
