Efficacy of six months of nightguard vital bleaching of tetracycline‐stained teeth

Nightguard vital bleaching does not need to be limited to a 2- to 6-week treatment time. Extended treatment times are more appropriate for severely stained teeth. A viscous 10% carbamide peroxide that is retained in an appropriately designed custom-fitted carrier is desirable.
